Layered Lemon Pie
Makes 2 pies

2 Graham Cracker Pie Crusts (store bought)
1 cup of Sugar
8oz pkg of Cream Cheese- room temp.
12oz of Cool Whip
2 cans of Eagle Brand Sweetened Condensed Milk
1/2 cup of Lemon Juice
4 Egg Yolks

1st Layer:
Mix the Cream Cheese, Sugar and 1/2 (6oz) of the Cool Whip together. Spread half of this mixture in each pie crust.

2nd Layer:
Mix the sweetened condensed milk, lemon juice and egg yolks together. Pour 1/2 of this mixture over the first layer in each pie crust. Spread the remaining cool whip on top of each pie

Refrigerate for 2-3 hours before serving.
